01 Subscription plans
Synpria offers recurring subscription plans based primarily on fleet size. Current plans include:
- Starter — up to 5 trucks — $99/month
- Growth — up to 20 trucks — $199/month
- Pro — up to 35 trucks — $349/month
- Business — up to 50 trucks — $499/month
- Enterprise — more than 50 trucks — Contact Sales
The subscription price and applicable terms displayed during checkout at the time you subscribe will control. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Synpria may change its plans or pricing in the future. Changes affecting an existing subscription will be implemented subject to applicable law and any legally required notice.
02 Five-day free trial
Eligible new customers may receive a 5-day free trial of Synpria. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
No subscription fee will be charged for the trial period unless otherwise clearly disclosed before enrollment.
At that time, the payment method associated with your account will automatically be charged the then-applicable monthly price of the plan you selected.
By starting a free trial, you expressly authorize Synpria and its payment processor to charge your payment method when the free trial expires unless you cancel before the trial expiration time.
You are responsible for keeping track of your trial expiration date.
Synpria may determine eligibility for free trials and may modify or discontinue free-trial offers for future customers.
03 Automatic renewal
Synpria subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.
By purchasing a subscription or allowing a free trial to convert into a paid subscription, you expressly authorize Synpria and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account:
- when your free trial converts to a paid subscription;
- on each subsequent monthly renewal date;
- for the applicable subscription price;
- for applicable taxes; and
- for other charges that you separately authorize.
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it.
04 Payment processing
Subscription payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor, including Stripe.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You authorize the applicable payment processor to process charges associated with your Synpria subscription.
Synpria may receive payment-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card type, and the last four digits of a payment card without receiving or storing the complete card number.
Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
05 Cancellation
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
To avoid the first subscription charge following a free trial, you must cancel before the free trial expires. To avoid a subsequent monthly renewal charge, you must cancel before the applicable renewal occurs.
Cancellation may be completed using the cancellation functionality provided through your Synpria account or another cancellation method made available by Synpria. Synpria will not intentionally require unreasonable or unnecessary steps to cancel a subscription.
Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, after cancellation of a paid subscription you may continue to have access to the Service until the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid. After that period ends, access to paid functionality may terminate or be restricted.
Cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.
06 No refunds
Synpria does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursement for:
- unused subscription time;
- partially used billing periods;
- failure to use the Service;
- infrequent use of the Service;
- cancellation after a subscription charge has occurred;
- failure to cancel before a free trial expires;
- failure to cancel before a monthly renewal;
- unused features;
- Customer error;
- accidental failure to cancel;
- changes in Customer business operations;
- reduction in fleet size;
- removal of trucks, drivers, users, or other records;
- dissatisfaction with a feature when the Service was otherwise provided as described;
- a Customer's decision to stop using Synpria before the end of a paid billing period; or
- suspension or termination resulting from the Customer's violation of the Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or other right that cannot legally be waived.
07 Free trials and the no-refund policy
If you fail to cancel your free trial before it expires and Synpria successfully charges the subscription fee disclosed when you enrolled, that payment is subject to the No Refunds policy above.
Starting a free trial constitutes your authorization for the trial to convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before expiration.
Synpria will clearly disclose the trial duration, applicable subscription price, automatic-renewal nature of the subscription, and cancellation terms during the enrollment process.
08 Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, rejected, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Synpria or its payment processor may retry the payment where permitted.
You remain responsible for valid charges associated with your subscription.
Synpria may suspend or restrict access to paid functionality when payment remains outstanding. Restoration of access may require successful payment of outstanding amounts.
09 Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact Synpria at support@synpria.com so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising payment-dispute rights provided by applicable law or your financial institution.
Synpria may provide relevant subscription, consent, billing, login, cancellation, and transaction records to its payment processor or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute, subject to applicable law.
Synpria may suspend an account associated with an unresolved payment dispute where reasonably necessary to prevent additional charges or misuse.
10 Plan upgrades and downgrades
Customers may change subscription plans when that functionality is available.
The price and effective date applicable to a plan change will be disclosed when the change is requested.
Upgrades or downgrades may result in prorated charges or credits where the billing system is configured to provide them. A downgrade does not create a right to a cash refund for amounts previously paid.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a subscription appropriate for their fleet size.
11 Fleet size
Subscription tiers may include limits based on the number of trucks associated with a Customer's Synpria account.
If your fleet exceeds the limit of your current plan, Synpria may require you to upgrade to an appropriate subscription tier.
For fleets exceeding the standard Business plan limit, Enterprise pricing may apply.
12 Promotional pricing
Synpria may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, credits, extended trials, or other promotional offers. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, expiration of a promotion does not cancel the underlying subscription. The subscription may continue at the applicable regular price disclosed in connection with the offer.
13 Price changes
Synpria may change subscription prices from time to time.
Any price change applicable to an existing subscription will become effective only after any notice required by applicable law.
Continuing a subscription after a properly disclosed price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the new price becomes applicable.
14 Account termination
Canceling a subscription stops future subscription renewals but does not necessarily immediately delete Customer data or the Customer account.
Data handling following account termination is governed by the Synpria Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15 Business accounts
Synpria is primarily designed for commercial transportation businesses.
If an individual starts a subscription on behalf of a company or other organization, that individual represents that they have authority to authorize charges and enter into the subscription on behalf of that organization.
16 Changes to this policy
Synpria may update this Billing Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently updated.
Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
